After 2 million records sold and 10 albums all certified gold and platinum, Vincent NICLO, the most famous tenor in France is back with a new opus entitled BEL CANTO for which he surrounded himself with a symphonic choir.

In this new album, the tenor with a 4-octave voice pays tribute to BEL CANTO by mixing vocal virtuosity and emotions, thus transporting the listener into a lyrical and majestic universe.

Among the titles of the album his moving cover of “DIEGO, libre dans sa tête” by Michel BERGER which allowed him to win season 5 of MASK SINGER, the moving “Il MIO RIFUGIO” by Richard COCCIANTE, the essential “COMME D’HABITUDE” by Claude FRANÇOIS, the sublime “CON TE PARTIRO” by Andréa BOCELLI or the global hit “The Prayer” in duet with Adeline TONIUTT.

RECITAL

Vincent Niclo will perform a special RECITAL tour in the magnificent churches and cathedrals with a repertoire adapted to the solemnity of the places.

He will be accompanied by a piano, a violin, a cello and two singers.

A recital mainly focused on voices and acoustic music, to let the voice take on its full potential in these places with particular resonances that are very different from traditional performance halls.

On the menu, sacred songs such as Ave Maria, but also titles from the Vincent Niclo repertoire created with the complicity of Serge Lama or Pascal Obispo. Note a magnificent cover of “Puisque tu pars” by Jean-Jacques Goldman.

Noël une tradition en chanson

Vincent Niclo joins the 5th edition of Noel une tradition en chanson, a must in the lives of Quebecers.

More than 75,000 spectators over the years, more than a hundred performances and the participation of some thirty of the most beautiful voices in Quebec.

Cast: Johanne Blouin, Joe Bocan, Luce Dufault, Martine St-Clair, Shirley Théroux and the traditional music group madelinot, Suroît (Henri-Paul Bénard and Félix Leblanc).

To celebrate this fifth edition with panache, international artist Vincent Niclo joins these performers. His love affair with France has lasted for more than ten years, with 1.5 million albums sold, ten concerts supporting Celine Dion and a world tour with Sarah Brightman. Over the years, he sang in duets with Paul Anka, Michel Legrand, Charles Aznavour and Placido Domingo.

The show is under the musical direction of Jacques Roy (Pour une histoire d’un soir, Corey Hart, Bruno Pelletier) and the staging has been entrusted to Joël Legendre who, year after year, knows how to enrich the voices of the performers with a story that encapsulates the wonder of the holiday season.

10 ANS à rêver !
Je me revois encore enfant dans ma chambre. Un faux micro à la main et mes nounours en guise de spectateurs, imaginant qu’un jour, peut-être, j’arriverais à réaliser mon rêve… Chanter. Ce rêve, c’était celui d’un gosse de Montmartre, hypnotisé devant le petit écran et totalement fasciné par les émissions de variété de l’époque à chaque fois que ses parents allumaient la télé. Un univers qui me semblait inaccessible mais dont je nourrissais secrètement l’immense espoir qu’un jour il pourrait devenir le mien.

10 ANS à batailler !
Oh la route n’a pas été si simple ! Allant d’échecs en petites victoires mais sans jamais me décourager et toujours avec cette boule d’énergie au ventre ne demandant qu’à sortir et à s’exprimer. Car oui, ma voix a été durant toutes ces années mon exutoire, le seul moyen pour moi de communiquer, de traverser la vie et ses épreuves, de m’évader, tout en essayant de transmettre aux autres ce qui était enfoui au fond de moi. Jusqu’au jour où j’ai rencontré la lumière…

10 ANS de pur bonheur !
En 2011, je ne sais pas encore que ma vie ne sera plus jamais la même. Mon album Opéra Rouge est en gestation et je suis bien loin de m’imaginer la suite de l’histoire. Cette histoire, c’est celle que nous avons créée ensemble depuis 10 ans déjà ! Il était donc impensable de ne pas vous remercier pour tout ce bonheur ! Cet album anniversaire c’est le vôtre. L’occasion pour moi de vous témoigner mon éternelle reconnaissance et de vous rendre hommage. Et quoi de plus beau que de le faire en musique avec 60 chansons de mon répertoire que vous avez choisies. Aussi, il était primordial pour moi de composer et d’écrire, rien que pour vous, une chanson racontant cette incroyable aventure que nous vivons… Cette histoire entre nous… depuis…
